Terms and Conditions
Preamble
The following general online sales conditions govern the contract for the sale of products offered by LAMA s.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as “lamashop.it”) – Registered and Operational Office: Via G. Amendola, 8 – 50058 Signa (FI), Share Capital €115,000.00 – Tax Code/VAT No. 00409090487, REA No. 233404, registered with the Florence Business Register under No. 00409090487 – via its website www.lamashop.it.
The customer declares to comply with the provisions set forth in these general conditions.
1 – Object
These general sales conditions govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of distance selling on the website www.lamashop.it.

Order confirmation
The images shown on the site are for illustrative purposes only to assist the customer in the purchase process and are not contractually binding.
“lamashop.it” is not responsible for any alterations resulting from image processing.
3 – Order Receipt
Any order confirmation validated by clicking constitutes an irrevocable commitment by the customer and can only be contested in cases provided for in this contract under “Right of Withdrawal” and “Order Execution”. The “confirmation click” represents an electronic signature which, between the parties, holds the same legal value as a handwritten signature.
4 – Order Acceptance
The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your purchase proposal. By sending the confirmation, we are only confirming receipt of the order and its submission for data verification and product availability. The sales contract with “lamashop.it” is concluded only when we send a separate email confirming acceptance of the order, including all the essential elements (products, prices, shipping costs) as per article 9 of these terms. If the order is fulfilled through multiple shipments, there may be separate confirmations.
“lamashop.it” reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason, including product supply issues or other reasons at its sole discretion. “lamashop.it” is not liable for delivery errors due to inaccuracies in the purchase order or for damages occurring to the products after delivery to the carrier, nor for any delays caused by the carrier.
5 – Product Availability
Offers on this site remain valid as long as the products are available online.
“lamashop.it” reserves the right to notify the customer within 30 days of purchase via the email associated with the account if one or more products are unavailable. In such cases, the customer may request a store credit or a refund of the purchase price and shipping fees. Unavailability of one or more items does not entitle the customer to cancel the entire order.
6 – Prices and Invoices
Prices are in Euros and include VAT.
The price confirmed to the buyer is the one shown on the order confirmation at the time of purchase.
7 – Payment
To purchase products, the customer must place an order through the designated website section and make payment accordingly. Payment is due at the time of the order. The customer agrees to pay the agreed price (product and shipping) using available payment methods and guarantees that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
If payment is not received, “lamashop.it” reserves the right to cancel the order.
In the case of credit card payment, “lamashop.it” may request a copy of a valid ID within 24 hours to verify ownership of the card. Failure to provide this may result in cancellation. Payment data is handled via secure server-to-server SSL protocol.
8 – Transfer of Risk
Risk transfers to the customer only at the time of delivery. If the customer chooses their own carrier or picks up the goods directly, the transport risk lies solely with them.
During the withdrawal period (see article 13), the customer is considered custodian of the goods and liable for any damage or destruction.
9 – Order Fulfillment
The order will be fulfilled upon acceptance by “lamashop.it” within the timeframe specified on the site and in any case within 60 working days of order confirmation, subject to product availability.
“lamashop.it” is not liable for delays due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. In case of stock depletion or unavailability, the customer will be promptly informed.
10 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer, at street level unless otherwise agreed. Installation services are not included unless specified.
“lamashop.it” is not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. The delivery document signed by the customer constitutes proof of receipt.
The customer must check product integrity upon delivery. If immediate inspection is not possible, the customer should sign the delivery with reservation. Any damage must be reported promptly in accordance with applicable laws.
11 – Product Pickup in Case of Absence
If the customer is absent during delivery, the carrier will leave a notice. After a second failed attempt, the goods must be collected as instructed by the carrier. If not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, the goods will be returned to “lamashop.it”, which may issue a refund minus shipping and storage costs.
12 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, the legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of goods. Withdrawal requests must be sent to:

Returned items must be complete with original packaging. Refunds (including outbound shipping) will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Refunds may be withheld until product integrity is confirmed. Damaged returns or those missing original packaging may not be accepted.
Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Customers must include a copy of the delivery document. All return shipping risks and costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods or items likely to deteriorate quickly.
13 – Warranty
Products are inspected before shipping. However, customers benefit from a 24-month warranty against defects under normal usage. Some products may have extended warranties, as specified in included certificates. Damage from misuse is not covered.
To activate the warranty, the customer must return the item (at their own expense) with the original invoice. If the product is out of stock or discontinued, a store credit may be issued.
Consumers retain all rights under Italian law on consumer goods warranties.

15 – Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
“lamashop.it” informs that the website, its trademarks, and distinctive signs are protected under applicable intellectual and industrial property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, publication, alteration, or use for any purpose is prohibited. “lamashop.it” reserves the right to take legal action.
Customers do not acquire rights to trademarks or other identifiers through the contract.
16 – Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the full agreement between the parties. No other general or specific condition communicated by the customer shall be included unless expressly accepted by “lamashop.it”.
17 – Amendments
“lamashop.it” reserves the right to make changes, additions, or updates to the Site, its content, and these conditions at its sole discretion. Such changes do not affect contracts already concluded.
18 – Applicable Law
The sales contract is deemed concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction lies with the Court of Florence.
Personal data processing by LAMA s.r.l., as per Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, is conducted solely for legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.
